You have to qualify in at least one fandom, but you can sign up to write remixes in any of the nominated fandoms, regardless of whether you've written them before.
Exchange assignments are eligible for the remix as long as they are not remixes of someone else's story or co-written* with another person. So if you've written several qualifying stories in a fandom for Yuletide, they are eligible for this remix, but if you've written stories for Remix Redux, those are not eligible.
*Exceptions to the co-written rule are: if you and your co-writer are remixing together or if your "co-author" only did the art work/podfic/mixtape/etc. for a work you wrote yourself. If either of these is the case, make sure you indicate that in your sign-up as we will be checking for eligibility.
